DIVISIONS
A baseball player’s league age is determined by his age on April 30th of the calendar year in which he is playing.
For example: a player who is 10 years old on April 30th, 2010 is considered league age 10 for the entire year.
A softball player’s league age is determined by his age on December 30th of theĀ year before the season she is playing.
For example: a player who is 10 years old on December 30th, 2010 is considered league age 10 for the entire year.

- Players league age 5 and 6 are eligible for T-Ball (Coed)
- Players league age 7 and 8 are eligible for the Pee Wee division (Baseball or Softball)
- Players league age 9 and 10 are eligible for the Minors division (Baseball or Softball)
- Players league age 11 and 12 are eligible for the Majors division (Baseball or Softball)
- Players league age 13 and 14 are eligible for the Juniors division (baseball or Softball)
- Players league age 15 and 16 are eligible for the Seniors division (Baseball or Softball)
- Players league age 17 and 18 are eligible for the Big League division (Baseball or Softball)
In certain cases, players with one year of experience at Glenwood Little League within their age-appropriate division may be allowed to “play up” to a higher division. All players wishing to “play-up” must tryout before a committee of board members. No player is guaranteed the option to “play up,” regardless of experience.
